Prasamsha Tripathi

Prasamsha Tripathi is a Software Engineering graduate from Gandaki College of Engineering and Science with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, deep learning, remote sensing, and data-driven solutions. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges, particularly in agriculture, environmental monitoring, and intelligent decision-support systems. With an interdisciplinary foundation in software engineering, geospatial analysis, and AI-powered applications, Prasamsha aims to develop innovative, practical, and impactful technological solutions. She is particularly interested in building intelligent systems that bridge the gap between research and real-world implementation, contributing to smarter agriculture and sustainable technological development.

During her internship at CESAR, she gained practical experience in remote sensing and data analysis, contributing to a dashboard for estimating potato cultivation areas in Pokhara using remote sensing data. This experience strengthened her understanding of geospatial data, agricultural monitoring, and how technology supports evidence-based decision-making.

As part of her bachelor's major project, she developed an application based on a two-stage deep learning approach for lemon leaf disease detection and treatment recommendation. The project focused on combining AI-based disease identification with actionable recommendations to support plant health management and promote technology-driven agricultural practices.
